One of the most common causes of an uneven door is a broken or spun cable. The door can't run right until the cables are back on their drums and aligned. We re-hang or replace the cables, balance the door and test it.

Springs hold a lot of tension. Please leave the door where it is, keep the opener unplugged, and keep kids and cars clear. Don't force the door or the opener — give us a call and we'll take it from there.
